Creative #flow continues

Good morning,

It’s a lovely sunny Friday here on the west coast. The air has become more invigorating on my walks. It feels great. On my walks I do a lot of planning for upcoming classes and for next Monday’s #flow class I am thinking about “Bodies of Water”.

I like this idea because it makes me think about all the different bodies of water there are on our planet and the different energies and flow associated with them. It also makes me think how much we are mostly bodies of water. Our body is mostly water. I think it’s very fertile groud to work with.
